Founder and CEO

Neil Singh is the Founder and CEO of T90 Ventures, a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience leading AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across complex organizations. Before founding T90, Neil served as an architect of regional economic growth, successfully scaling a diverse regional investment portfolio from $1 billion to $6 billion in assets under management.

A sought-after AWE keynote speaker and Forbes contributor, Neil is known for translating complex technology risk, from zero-day threat defense to AI algorithm governance, into clear, boardroom-ready strategy. He has built high-impact coalitions spanning the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors, driving innovation, business retention, and strategic capital deployment across every organization he has led.

Neil's expertise spans AI and machine learning strategy, cybersecurity governance, cloud infrastructure, venture capital evaluation, and technology policy advocacy. At T90 Ventures, he brings that same cross-sector, results-driven approach to helping clients navigate the evolving AI and cybersecurity landscape.

Robert Schmidt is a results-driven executive leader with more than 20 years of experience leading business growth, operational excellence, and talent development across the engineering recruiting and telecommunications industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale P&L responsibilities, driven revenue growth initiatives, and led high-performing teams, combining strategic vision with operational discipline to help organizations achieve sustained growth while building a culture of strong leadership.

In the engineering recruiting sector, Robert served as Director of Business Development and Director of Training, specializing in identifying top-tier talent and developing recruiting teams capable of delivering exceptional results. His expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and coaching has helped organizations strengthen their competitive position and build cultures centered on accountability and continuous improvement.

Prior to his recruiting leadership roles, Robert spent a decade in the telecommunications industry in executive positions responsible for sales, operations, P&L management, and EBITDA performance, leading complex initiatives that increased profitability and strengthened organizational effectiveness. Known for identifying exceptional talent and building motivated, results-oriented teams, Robert thrives in fast-paced environments and is recognized for informed, data-driven decision-making that balances strategic priorities with operational realities.

Larry Sternlieb brings more than 40 years of executive sales and management experience to T90 Ventures, having repeatedly led both his company and the nation in sales performance throughout his career.

Larry's track record spans some of the most respected names in technology and enterprise services, including Xerox, Trend Micro, Citrix Systems, General Electric Consulting Corporation, General Data Comm, Black Box, McDonnell Douglas, and Prime Computer. He began his sales career at Xerox, where he was named Rookie of the Year before going on to lead his branch in sales and earn Top Sales Rep/Marketing Rep of the Year honors for Northern Ohio. Throughout his career, Larry has served in both sales management and executive sales roles, consistently exceeding quota and earning Pro and President's Club status along the way.

Drawing on decades of hands-on training and real-world results, Larry founded Larry Sternlieb Seminars (LSS, LLC), a sales training methodology built on practical, real-world techniques designed for the pace and demands of modern business. LSS delivers training to both corporate teams and individual sales professionals.

Larry holds a Master of Arts and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Kent State University, where he also taught Sociology. Beyond his business career, Larry has appeared in the films "Telling Lies in America" and "Renegade Force," as well as on "The Drew Carey Show." He lives in Northeast Ohio, where he is currently working on his next novel.
